With Concierge Mailboxes, you don't have to carry a key. Our staff receives your mail and packages, stores them securely within the store and retrieves them for you during store hours. (We can also forward, ship or scan your items; additional fees apply).

*Packages must be picked up within 7 days; beyond that, storage fees apply. We can also ship or forward to you--additional fees apply.
*Two ID's required to open a mailbox (Standard or Concierge), including a valid photo ID. The address on at least one of your ID's must match the address on the mailbox form (USPS 1583) you will sign to initiate your mailbox rental.

*free package receiving — We accept packages and mail from the Post Office, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and couriers — never miss a delivery again! We’ll sign for it and keep it safe until you can pick it up (late fees will apply to packages left in the store beyond a certain number of days.)
